Led by RPNA, this campaign works to strengthen tenant legal knowledge, improve access to justice, and advocate for housing rights through a combination of public legal education, research, and systemic advocacy.
Project Highlights:
✅ Multilingual Legal Education – Tenant rights materials in English, French, Somali, Arabic, Mandarin, and Swahili.
✅ Workshops & Webinars – Free legal sessions in partnership with Kensington-Bellwoods Community Legal Services.
✅ Policy & Research – Addressing anti-Black and anti-Indigenous racism in housing with evidence-based recommendations.
✅ Community Outreach – Street team activations, awareness events, and digital campaigns to inform and empower tenants.
This four-phase project will engage low-income, racialized, and immigrant communities in Regent Park and beyond from April 2025 to April 2026 through education, advocacy, and action.
