THE POSITION
- Duration: 12 weeks of paid work, September 2025- December 2025
- Eligibility: A student entering the final one or two years of a 2025/2026 academic program in an accredited undergraduate or graduate Co-op/Internship College/University program; OR have graduated with an undergraduate or graduate degree within the last 12 months from a relevant program.
- Objective: Provide students with foundational experience and exposure to our organization's operations and culture.
- Take ownership of individual projects under the guidance of mentors and team members.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop essential skills.
- Contribute ideas and insights to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Complete assigned projects within given deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
- Develop and execute strategies to address real-world challenges.
- This program will offer valuable learning experiences, networking opportunities, and mentorship to help interns succeed in their academic and professional endeavors.
Working Hours: The Future Leaders Program follows traditional business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Participants (interns) are expected to work, full-time, onsite at the FIFA26 Canada Toronto Office within these hours
